Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the United Nations Association of Trinidad and Tobago will be held at JCI Headquarters, 8 Melville Lane, Port of Spain on Saturday 13th January, 2018 at 10.00 a.m. for the following purpose:-

To receive the Report of the President and National Executive Committee together with the Audited Accounts |

To elect the National Executive Committee:
President, Vice President, General Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations Officer, Education Officer, Trustees |

| (iii) |

To appoint the Auditor |
Only financial members are eligible to vote and to be nominated to the National Executive Committee. Annual membership fee is $200.
